Kim Alpha Bridal Wear Terms & Conditions

New order: All of our gowns are made to order only.

Made to order: Your gown is made to your size range and height to our existing designs. You may need to discuss with us if you like your gown to have some changes to our current design.

Deposit: In order to secure your order, 50% deposit of the gown is essential. The full payment of the gown must be paid by the final fitting of the dress. Making process will be commenced after initial deposit has been accepted.

We can not provide an exact date of delivery for gowns, the making process can be varied between 1 to 4 months from the day you place your order. We suggest you to make an order with us 6 months ahead to avoid any difficulty circumstances or any alteration needed.

Cancellation Fee:

In case if you need to cancel your order due to some circumstances, you only can do so when your gown hasn’t not begun process of production . The cancellation fee is $300 to cover the cost of the administration, fabric allocation, pre-production and pattern preparation associated with your order. You must contact us to discus the circumstances surrounding the cancellation well in advance to your production date.

You must be over 18 years of age to use this website and to purchase any goods or services.

DELIVERY OF GOODS
Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Kimalphabridalgowns.com.au.
Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Kimalphabridalgowns.com.au handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of Kimalphabridalgowns.com.au.

By engaging our services, you agree that Kim Alpha Bridal Gowns is reliant on the information supplied by the client in order to provide the services and cannot be held responsible for any results of our services provided based on such client information. You are liable and fully responsible for any decisions you make based on our services or recommendations and any consequences which may result.
Any and all information on our website is educational and for information purposes only, intended to assist you. It is not to be construed as business advice and should not substitute professional advice based on your own business or personal circumstances.

JURISDICTION
This agreement and this website are subject to the laws of Victoria and Australia. If there is a dispute between you and Kimalphabridalgowns.com.au that results in litigation then you must submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
